Our company name-asthamangal is derive from buddhist philosophy. Its name "asthamangal" means good luck signs from buddhism.
This company is situated at heart of central city kathmandu. This company 's management personality have been involving in this trade since last 18 years. This personality creating and introducing new and unique handicraft items every year for their customers from all over the world.
similarly, asthamangal handicraft is also collection of nepalese arts and crafts. Its every arts and crafts represents its own cultural heritage and religions and also known as combination of creative minds and skilled hands. Our first motives is to provide more employment in rural areas using maximum of local raw material and man power. So, we are directly and indirectly involved with more than 300 people in manufacturing process from different places. Second motive is to supply of international standard quality products to our valued customers from all over the world. So, we are being very conscious on manufacturing and finishing of each products. If necessary, we take special care on packaging materials as per their nature, shape and size. If any special care is required for a particular product, we do so and inform to our customers in advance. Shipping Policy
Shipping will be started within two working days after order confirmation.
Note: For the products which goes through request for quotation, the time (lead time and shipping time) may vary and will be decided by two parties (buyer & seller).
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
- You can initiate the return process within 2 days of product receipt (delivery
acknowledgement received) if it meets the following criteria:
- Product must be in original condition
- Fee while returning will be covered by customer
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- You must provide the proof return the product within 2 working days after you initiate the return process
- The product(s) lost damaged because of shipment will be covered by the freight insurance of the freight forwarder (shipper). We highly suggest our customer to purchase the insurance while confirming the method of shipment.
- Return expense for the alteration of products while receiving will be covered by seller.
