It is an experienced enterprise specialized in manufacturing and exproting excellent woodcarving and beautiful designed of pashmina and many more things.
Our objectives are to keep the rich tradition of craftsmanship in woodcarving of our newari culture alive by providing training to the most deprived people and support them by using their skills to make their lively hood.
Shipping Policy
Shipping will be started within two working days after order confirmation.
Note: For the products which goes through request for quotation, the time (lead time and shipping time) may vary and will be decided by two parties (buyer & seller).
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
- You can initiate the return process within 2 days of product receipt (delivery acknowledgement received) if it meets the following criteria:
- Product must be in original condition
- Fee while returning will be covered by customer
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- You must provide the proof return the product within 2 working days after you initiate the return process
- The product(s) lost damaged because of shipment will be covered by the freight insurance of the freight forwarder (shipper). We highly suggest our customer to purchase the insurance while confirming the method of shipment.
- Return expense for the alteration of products while receiving will be covered by seller.
