Norgay Himalayan Handicrafts is a family owned business from the Birth Place of Buddha, Nepal.
Our store named by our beloved Son Tenzin Norgay and his name was given by His Holiness 14th Dalai Lama as same day he born.
Our journey in the Handicrafts platform started with supplying Tibetan and Nepalese Himalayan handicrafts from Nepal since two decade. Since then, we have continued to provide the glimpses of Tibet-Nepal Arts and Handicrafts to the world.
We have been empowering women creation, as our company motto is Development of Small and Cottage Enterprise-Women Creation and to supporting Himalayan Tibetan and Nepalese artisan. What our artisans create are exclusively handmade, unique, Eco-friendly and most of all, honest.
Norgay Himalayan Handicrafts has always believed in Fair Traded business practice hence we not only create opportunities of better jobs and promotions of products but also aspire to elevate the living standards of our local Tibetan -Nepalese artisans and help their kids go to school for their better future.
All the products offered by Norgay Himalayan Handicrafts are exclusively handmade and are Eco-Friendly. Our mission is to bring the glimpses of Tibet-Nepal Arts and Handicrafts to bridge the gap between the rest of the world and Nepal.

The love that we and our artisans put in our work, the passion of sharing our arts and crafts with the world, the aspirations we all have to achieve greater things in life, to show the world our potentials finally takes shape in the form of the products that we offer. Our products are not mere products, but are love, passion, aspirations, potentials put together. Bringing out a product in a market is a long procedure for us. Nothing in our store has come to the market without going through several tests which we conduct ourselves. If we do not like the item personally, it will never see the light of the day. Be it any of our products, we are our own worst critic. So be assured, all our products have passed our own critique. We only put products that are appealing, exclusively interesting, visually stunning and gives a feeling of satisfaction.

We know that shipping can be expensive at times So, to make it hassle free and easy for you we have put the shipping costs in the most correct way so that you do not have to pay more than what is absolutely necessary.
For orders upto $24.99, we use Nepal Post Air Mail which normally takes 14-28 days to deliver. United States Postal Service will deliver the mail in the USA dispatched by Nepal Post. For orders over $25, we use Expedited ARAMEX, DHL, DPEX, FEDEX, SKYNET, UPS and TOLL which delivers in 2-5 business days.

REFUNDS POLICY
Our customers can return their purchased items to us in case of damage or if they are not satisfied with the product. For the refund, the items must be returned to the seller within 14 days of delivery. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision.
